Cobham Academy of Martial Arts is a full time academy. We have a great selection of daytime activities including Women's Only classes, Power Yoga, Self Defence and Boxercise classes, we have evening Martial Art, Freestyle Kickboxing classes as well which start for children aged 4 and up. Lil Dragons programme for ages 4 - 6 years, as well as progressing the children through the belts in the Martial Arts programme, we concentrate on life skills such as Stranger Awareness, 999, Fire and Traffic Safety as well as basic self defense, martial arts, motor skills, listening and memory. Our classes encourage confidence and self esteem as well as teaching the children Martial Arts with our qualified instructors and giving them the opportunity to grade and work their way up through the belts. This is all done in a fun and safe environment in a fully matted area. We also have a KidsZone programme for ages 7-9 years which encompasses Martial Arts, Self Defence and Life Skills as well as lessons on the Black Belt Ethos of respect, discipline and focus. The next class up would be Kids Class for children aged 9 - 14 which is a full Martial Arts class and then adults from aged 14 upwards.
